Werner Keilmann

1964 – Foundation of „Werner Keilmann Nähmaschinen“

1977 – Move to new location inside the city of Lorsch, Bahnhofstr. 49 – 53

1989 – Change to „KSL Keilmann Sondermaschinenbau GmbH“

1990 – Move to the actual production site Lorsch, Bensheimerstr. 101

1991 – Robert Keilmann and Herbert Schuhmann become General Manager besides Werner Keilmann

1997 – Robert Keilmann and Herbert Schuhmann become additional shareholders of the company

1998 – Increase of the production facilities by an additional production hall

2000 – Werner Keilmann goes into retirement

2001 – Foundation of KSA GmbH & Co KG subsidiary Altenburg

2001 – Foundation of KSE GmbH for sales in Asia and North America

2002 – Implementation of the ERP software SAP R3 in the entire group

2005 – Dr. Herbert Schuhmann left the company and Robert Keilmann acquires the shares

2009 – Robert Keilmann takes over 100% of the shares

2010 – Certification according to ISO 9001 / 2008

2011 – Introduction of a new organization

2012 – Expanding the production space by approximately 2.300 qm by the KSL plant II in Bensheim

2013 – ShangGong Europe Holding Corp. GmbH, Bielefeld, has taken over the interests at the organisations of Keilmann-Group from Mr. Robert Keilmann

2015 – Merger from KSL Keilmann Sondermaschinenbau GmbH to PFAFF Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH Branch Office KSL
