| With the PFAFF 3587 the German manufacturer shows the most powerful freely-programmable automatic sewing machine on the market. PFAFF 3587 stands for an absolute process reliability on 500 x 300 mm. The sewing machine is equipped with a patented material feed system, the main feature is an approved lever x-y drive system. The intermittent feed motion (feed motion stops when the needle enters the material) prevents the workpieces from shifting their position in the work clamp. In this way, the PFAFF 3587 guarantees extreme seam accuracy with very high sewing efficiency. Service and maintenance intervals are reduced to a minimum. A special automatic sewing head opens up the possibility of using sewing threads up to No. 11/3. The automatic work clamp change device facilitates machine loading, which results in a distinct increase in performance. The PFAFF 3587 meets all the technical requirements in order to manage difficult sewing steps and has therefore proven itself with many well-known companies, also in the automotive sector. The product range of PFAFF hot-air taping machine is being expanded by the new PFAFF 8306. The PFAFF 8306 is a favourable solution for classical tape welding. Areas of application are seam sealing of materials for the production of garments, clothing for military and public authorities, protective clothing, tents and awnings, as well as seam preparation for foam padded automobile seats and side rests. The machine ensures a reliable sealing of cross seams due to the penetration depth adjustment of the top feed roller and separate roller pressure adjustment. Nozzle rises with the top roller. Even and constant temperature profile is guaranteed. The machine has a vertical post with 30 mm roll width (65 mm diameter). It realize an automatic reverse motion when stopping within seam without tape cutting. A tape cutter is standard! On CISMA 2011 the PFAFF company will show several standard machines, which will be distributed together with the co-operation partner Golden Wheel. The machines are high-performance PFAFF products with German engineering and a favourable price/performance ratio. The following standard machines will be exhibited in Shanghai.
