KSL also has reason to celebrate. The high-tech forge (located in Bensheim/Germany) is celebrating “60 years of KSL” this year and is presenting the CNC sewing unit KL 311 with new AI-based Online VISION SYSTEM. The clou - the AI Online VISION SYSTEM guarantees the control and optimization of the seam pattern in REAL TIME and STITCH by STITCH when sewing partially perforated leather. Position tolerances of the perforation are detected and corrected immediately. Operator influences are minimized, maximum quality results can thus be achieved. Ingenious! The concept was presented to an enthusiastic audience for the first time at TEXPROCESS 2024 in Frankfurt. The solution can now be seen at SONIC'Days in Karlsbad.
