The new "KSL Joining Technology GmbH" company

Like no other brand, KSL stands for “automated and robot-supported solutions” and is recognized in the industry as a technology leader in processing textile materials, leather and composites. We want to bundle and expand these core competencies in a new company. As of 26.02.2025, all KSL activities will be carried out by the newly founded company:

With this measure, we will make the strong KSL brand more visible in the market. We want to become even more innovative, faster and better for you as a customer and partner. With state-of-the-art and precise robot and control technology, we can automate partial and complete processes with you (in dialogue) and reduce operator intervention to a minimum. This increases productivity and process reliability in equal measure!

The existing PFAFF Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH (to which KSL belonged until now) remains unaffected by the measure. Both companies will from now on (as 100% subsidiaries) belong to the internationally operating SGG Group under the umbrella of the Dürkopp Adler Group.
